V Heat Ltd have assisted Bretby Business Park over a number of years. There are 24 buildings on the site with a mix of Office suites, Industrial Units and Workshops and we required a Gas Tightening Test for the whole Site. V-Heat carried out these works for us. With the number of tenants on site and all with different work requirements, Adam and his team ensured that each section was done around the tenants so that the inconvenience was kept to a minimum. The whole process worked very well and I was very pleased, as were the tenants.

Abacus Care Home have been using Adam & Jimmy for over 6 years to service the boilers and cookers within the home. I can’t praise and thank them both enough for the years of service, help and support they have given the home since we have been using V-Heat.

Both Adam & Jimmy are very professional, efficient, very knowledgeable, have never let us down despite being busy and have always got the home back up and running that day. The boiler system within the home is very old and parts are getting very hard to get hold of, in the past Adam has taken a part home to rebuilt and repair it which got the boiler back up and running for us so that we didn’t need to have a new boiler system.

Adam went above and beyond what he needed to do and give up his spare time so that the residents within the home were warm, without Adams help it would have meant the home being without hot water and heating for a few weeks whilst a new one was being replaced which is something we can’t thank Adam enough for.
